North Korea rejects talk of talks with Japan

North Korea is rejecting any possibility of a meeting between Kim Jong Un and Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, according to state news agency KCNA. It comes a day after reports that Pyongyang had received a summit request from Japan. Chris Gilbert reports from Tokyo.
