Mass Registration Campaign Yields Over 24,000 National Documents Issued

The Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security ministry has successfully issued national documents to over 24,000 individuals across the country. Margaret Kalo, the ministry spokesperson, confirmed this in on Wednesday, highlighting the launch of a mass registration campaign for national documents in all 14 regions of the country. Initiated on February 5, 2024, the campaign is set to conclude on July 30th this year. Kalo added that thus far, 9,881 birth certificates and 14,511 national identification documents have been issued during the ongoing campaign.
