UN Security Council Resolution on Gaza Welcomed by South Africa’s Minister

South Africa's Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Naledi Pandor, has praised the recent UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza during Ramadan. The resolution also urges the release of hostages and increased aid flow. While fourteen members voted in favor, the US abstained.
