BIPA urged to extend waiver program deadline

Registered business owners are requesting an extension on the Business and Intellectual Property Authority’s Annual Duty Penalty Waiver Program, citing long queues observed at both the Grove and Maerua Mall. Registered business owners are required to pay an annual fee of N$120; however, failure to pay results in penalties.
