UNHCR appeals for $1.4 billion to help South Sudanese refugees

The UN Refugee Agency UNHCR says it needs 1.4 billion dollars this year to meet the needs of over two million South Sudanese refugees living across several countries in East Africa. Leon Solomon reports.
