US President Joseph Biden vows to rebuild collapsed bridge after fatal crash

U.S President Joseph Biden has vowed to rebuild the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the city of Baltimore, after it collapsed last week. A cargo ship lost power and hit the two-and-a-half kilometre structure, bringing it down and killing six construction workers. During a visit to Baltimore on Friday, the President observed the crash site, spoke with local officials and also met families of the victims. From nearby Washington, Benji Hyer reports.
