Justice Minister Plans Satellite Office of High Court Master in Katutura

Justice minister, Yvonne Dausab, has revealed plans to establish a satellite office of the Master of the High Court in Katutura, Windhoek. This initiative aims to improve accessibility to services related to the administration of deceased and insolvent estates. Dausab highlighted the challenges of the current central location and emphasized the satellite office’s responsibilities, including overseeing appointments of curators, administrators of trusts, and managing the Guardian Fund.
