U.S. says it will stand by Israel in face of threat from Iran, but is trying to deescalate

Washington officials have confirmed that the U.S. fully supports Israel in preparing for any possible attack from Iran. Iran has threatened one in retaliation for a strike on their embassy compound in Damascus that killed 13 people including an Iran military commander. Caroline Malone reports from Washington.
