FlyNamibia announces strategic adjustments on Windhoek-Lüderitz route

FlyNamibia, in partnership with TotalEnergies, is set to expand the number of seats available on the Windhoek to Lüderitz route, which operates every weekday.

These adjustments aim to foster the sustainability of this route, which opened on 1 July 2023 and resulted in the transport of 5000 passengers since then.

We celebrate this success thanks to TotalEnergies, who played a catalyser role in unlocking access to the south west of Namibia.

These changes include the adop on of dynamic pricing effec ve from 18 April 2024 and poten al adjustments to flight schedules to be er align with passenger needs.

FlyNamibia is also pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Lüderitz at the Lüderitz Waterfront (Old Power Sta on).

The introduc on of this permanent office will enable the airline to give our customers and the Lüderitz community even more personalised and direct services.

This opera onal update is designed to benefit consumers by providing more flexible travel op ons and maintaining high service standards, characteris c of FlyNamibia’s commitment to quality, along with ensuring the route’s long-term sustainability.

FlyNamibia operates domes c routes from Eros Airport in Windhoek to Ondangwa, Kama Mulilo, Lüderitz, and Oranjemund, as well as regional routes between Hosea Kutako Interna onal Airport and Cape Town Interna onal, in addi on to Walvis Bay Interna onal Airport and Cape Town Interna onal in partnership with Airlink.

Other regional routes include a direct service between Hosea Kutako Interna onal Airport and Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, with the addi on of Maun, Botswana to be launched in July 2024.

FlyNamibia Safari connects travellers between Hosea Kutako Interna onal Airport and key tourist des na ons within Namibia, as well as a route linking Eros Airport to Rundu.
