During a strategic briefing in Windhoek, CEO Brent Eiseb of the Namibia Diamond Trading Company announced plans to enhance Namibia’s diamond jewellery sector. Eiseb highlighted the scarcity of institutions offering courses in diamond jewellery design and proposed initiatives such as supporting talent development programs, facilitating internships, and providing resources for computer-aided design training.
