Record high temperatures expected across much of the U.S. this summer

The latest outlook from the U.S. National Weather Service predicts this summer will be one of, if not the warmest, on record. Officials have released a new heat forecast guide to help people better understand the health implications, which at worst threaten lives. Caroline Malone reports.
