Blinken in Shanghai as he kicks off China tour

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in Shanghai where he willl meet with business leaders before heading to Beijing for talks on Friday with Foreign Minister Wang Yi, and a likely meeting with President Xi Jinping. Laura Westbrook has more from Hong Kong.
