Judge to make decision on Trump gag order

Donald Trump has again claimed that the gag order imposed on him by the judge overseeing his criminal hush money case is unconstitutional. At a hearing on Tuesday prosecutors accused the former president of violating the order 11 times during recent weeks. Judge Juan Mercan is yet to make a ruling on whether Trump’s actions warrant a fine or even prison time. William Denselow reports from New York.
