Electoral Commission Promotes Transparency in ||Kharas Region

Officials from the Electoral Commission of Namibia convened a meeting with various stakeholders in the ||Kharas Region, emphasizing the importance of maintaining integrity and transparency in democratic processes. ||Kharas Governor Aletha Frederick stressed the ECN’s crucial role in organizing elections and referenda fairly and impartially. She urged stakeholders to collaborate closely with the ECN to uphold democratic values. Political party leaders, local officials, civil society representatives, and police officers attended the gathering.
