U.S and Philippines practice coastal defense Inbox

Background

The annual joint military exercises between the Philippines and the United States are set to wrap in the next few days. The drills come amid rising tensions in the South China Sea, following an incident last week in which the China Coast Guard used water cannon attacks on Philippine vessels. Laura Westbrook has more.
