South Korea’s spy agency investigating whether DPRK is supplying Russia with arms

South Korea’s spy agency says it’s investigating whether North Korea is providing arms to Russia. The country’s National Intelligence Service is looking to support allegations of an arms trade made by both South Korea and the US. Chris Gilbert reports.
