Korea and U. K kick off global AI summit as risks mount

South Korea and the United Kingdom are kicking off a global summit on Artificial Intelligence as governments struggle to keep up with the evolution of the technology. The two countries are co-hosting the talks which look to tackle a growing number of risks as AI rapidly advances. Chris Gilbert reports.
