New Mineral Rights Operator Welcomed by S.A’s COSATU

S.A’s Union federation ,Cosatu has welcomed the government’s announcement of a new mineral rights application system operator. The mining industry estimates that there is a backlog of more than three-thousand prospecting and mining rights, or investment value of more than 30-billion-rand.
