Preliminary investigation report released for Small Aircraft Crash in Windhoek

After three people were killed when a small airplane crashed in Windhoek’s Pionierspark residential area a few weeks ago, the Directorate of Aircraft Investigations in the Works and Transport ministry has released its preliminary investigation report.
