South Africa’s MK party has threatened to take legal action against the Electoral Commission following the admission of expelled member Jabulani Khumalo to the National Results Operations Centre in Midrand. The party demands an explanation from the IEC. They raised concerns about the IEC’s adherence to and Khumalo’s ties to senior officials, suggesting bias despite his expulsion and resignation.
