UN Secretary General condemns attack on Rafah

200 people have reportedly been killed following an air strike on Rafah over the weekend. These are the updated figures from the UN’s aid agency, UNRWA on Tuesday. The UN Secretary-General has condemned in the strongest terms the attack saying he is heartbroken by the images of the killed and injured. Jody Jacobs reports from the United Nations in New York.
