US says Rafah attack does not cross red line; media says Israel used US made weapons

The US says it’s not changing its policy towards Israel following a strike that killed 45 people in the Gazan city of Rafah. It comes as US media is reporting that US-made weapons were used in the attack. Kate Fisher reports from Washington.
