Biden outlines Israeli Gaza peace plan

U.S President Joseph Biden says Israel has offered Hamas a “roadmap” proposal for a ceasefire in Gaza and the reconstruction of the enclave. The President outlined the three-part plan in a speech at the White House, just hours after the Israeli military said they had entered the center of Rafah. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
