North Korea says it’ll end sending balloons to South Korea

North Korea says it will stop sending balloons full of debris to South Korea, if Seoul promises to also end the practice. Pyongyang last week flew more than 3,500 balloons across the border, it says in response to similar actions by South Korea. As Chris Gilbert reports.
