Western Cape MEC Reagen Allen Condemns Khayelitsha Killings

Background

Western Cape MEC of Community Safety and Police Oversight, Reagen Allen, has condemned the killing of four people including three children in Khayelitsha. An unknown gunman entered a barber shop on Saturday and opened fire on the occupants of the premises. Two children, aged eleven and 12, and one 30-year-old, died on the scene while three minors were wounded. A five-year-old boy later succumbed to his injuries yesterday morning. Allen says the police should employ every ounce of their intelligence to find the suspects:
