Debmarine Namibia contributed haemodialysis equipment worth N$1,764,069 to Oshakati Intermediate Hospital, easing the burden on resources. Health Minister, Kalumbi Shangula noted 133 new haemodialysis cases managed in 2023/24, with equipment aiding treatment. The donation includes machines, tables, chairs, and a reverse osmosis machine. Shangula emphasized the equipment’s role in enhancing patient care. Debmarine CEO Willy Mertens highlighted the vital importance of haemodialysis machines in treating severe kidney failure and expressed support for government healthcare efforts.
