US Secretary of State urges Hamas to agree to ceasefire proposal, following UN Security Council vote

U.S Secretary of State, Antony Blinken says if the proposed ceasefire agreement in Gaza fails, only Hamas will be to blame. Blinken is in the Middle East discussing the proposal with regional leaders, in his eighth visit there since the war broke out. As Mitch McCann reports:
