Inkatha Freedom Party in S.A to Join Unity Government with ANC and DA

South Africa’s Inkatha Freedom Party announced on Wednesday that it will join a unity government with the African National Congress and the Democratic Alliance. This development comes as parties rush to finalize agreements before the newly elected parliament convenes on Friday. Following its loss of majority in May’s election, marking the first time since the end of apartheid 30 years ago, the ANC has been engaging with various parties to establish a government of national unity.
