NATO chief calls for annual Ukraine fund

NATO’s Secretary-General is urging members of the military alliance to provide Ukraine with a guaranteed annual aid package. This comes as Defense Ministers are holding two days of meetings as part of the NATO-Ukraine Council. As William Denselow reports from Brussels.
