Vladimir Putin sets conditions to end Ukraine war

Russia’s leader Vladimir Putin has spelled out his conditions to end the Ukraine war. He demands Kiev to pull out its troops from the four regions Russia had claimed its own after launching military aggression against Ukraine in 2022. He also wants the West to lift all sanctions implemented against Moscow.
