Kim and Putin meet in Pyongyang

The leaders of Russia and North Korea are holding their first summit in Pyongyang in 24 years. Russian president Vladimir Putin arrived to a hug and handshake from his counterpart Kim Jong-un on Wednesday. As Chris Gilbert reports.
