Government Supports Local Poultry Production at Kadila Farm Launch

Minister of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform, Calle Schlettwein, emphasized the government’s unwavering commitment to supporting farmers and rural communities during the launch of Kadila Poultry Farm in Okahandja. Speaking at the event, Schlettwein highlighted the importance of prioritizing Namibian products to foster a self-sufficient agricultural sector and create stable incomes for families. He praised Kadila Poultry Farm for increasing Namibia’s poultry production capacity, thereby reducing dependency on imports and strengthening the local food supply chain.
