Chinese premier Li Qiang says geopolitics stifling growth

Chinese premier, Li Qiang took aim at the Biden administration’s strategy for tech and trade restrictions saying geopolitics was stifling growth. He was speaking at the start of the annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as Summer Davos, in the Chinese city of Dalian. As our Laura Westbrook reports.
