Putin says ties with North Korea at new levels following summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin says ties with North Korea have risen to ‘unprecedentedly high levels’ following his one-day visit there last week. He has thanked North Korean leader Kim Jong-un for his “heartfelt hospitality” during the Wednesday trip which resulted in a new security pact between the two countries. As our Chris Gilbert reports.
