South Africa’s ,City Power has launched a new Customer Portal and AI-powered chatbot, Joulene, aimed at improving customer service. The 24/7 portal provides customers with instant access to historical data, customer queries, meter alarms, outage updates, power interruptions, bill simulations, and service inquiries. Spokesperson, Isaac Mangena says this marks City Power’s commitment to digital transformation and enhanced customer engagement:
