Information and Communication Technology Minister, Emma Theofelus, has introduced regulations essential for implementing the Access to Information Act, 2022. Approved by the National Assembly, these regulations detail the procedures for appointing the Information Commissioner and Deputy Information Commissioner, vital roles for promoting transparency and accountability.
