Churches Seek Comprehensive Review for Regulation Framework

Reverend Heinz Mouton, chairperson of the Council of Churches in Namibia, announced the council’s proposal for a thorough review involving stakeholders to regulate the numbers of registered churches in Namibia. Speaking during a courtesy visit with President Nangolo Mbumba, Mouton highlighted efforts, including a Private Members Bill, aimed at government oversight of churches in Namibia.
