Indian premier Narendra Modi arrived in Moscow on Monday, marking the first time the leader has visited Russia since the Kremlin launched its campaign in Ukraine.

“Indian Prime Minister Modi arrived in Russia on an official visit,” said an announcement by Russian state media agencies.
