Russia denies attack on children’s hospital in Ukraine at UN Security Council

Russia on Tuesday denied that it is responsible for an attack on a children’s hospital in Kyiv. The statement was made during an emergency United Nations Security Council meeting on Tuesday. Jody Jacobs reports from the United Nations in New York.
