Japan issues extreme heat warnings

Heat stroke warnings are in place for more than 80% of Japan as the country bakes under earlier than usual summer temperatures. Official figures show there have already been almost 10-thousand cases of heat stroke related illness this month. Chris Gilbert reports from Tokyo.
