Russia jails US reporter Evan Gershkovich for 16 years

Background

A Russian court has sentenced US journalist, Evan Gershkovich to 16 years in prison on espionage charges. His employer, the Wall Street Journal, has called the trial a “shameful sham”. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
