Typhoon Gaemi barrels towards Taiwan, expected to make landfall Wednesday

Tropical Storm Gaemi has developed into a typhoon and will potentially make landfall in Taiwan’s northeastern county of Yilan on Wednesday. It’s expected to bring downpours to northern Taiwan and mountainous areas nationwide, as Laura Westbrook reports.
