Walvis Bay municipality has refuted claims by its former legal representative, Metcalfe Beukes Attorneys, that crucial information was withheld during the RedForce debt collection investigation. The law firm terminated its services, citing blocked access to essential emails from January to May 2023. The municipality asserted it fully cooperated, including providing email access and arranging interviews. Despite the law firm’s unexpected withdrawal, the municipality maintained that the investigation was never halted.
