Curfew still in place in Bangladesh

Bangladesh’s government says it will only take a call on lifting a nationwide curfew – that has been in place for over a week now – if no clashes are reported on Friday. Hundreds have been killed in protests that started last week over demands that a quota system for government jobs be scrapped. The country’s Supreme Court has drastically brought down the number of reserved jobs but students say they want more. Neha Poonia has more.
