Windhoek to Renew Water Management MoU with San Antonio

The City of Windhoek is set to renew its Memorandum of Understanding on water management with San Antonio, Texas, USA. Mayor Ron Nirenberg of San Antonio will lead a delegation on a five-day visit to Windhoek from 24-28 July, culminating in the signing of the revised MoU. The visit will include tours of key projects such as the direct potable reuse plant, the Goreangab Water Reclamation Plant, and an affordable housing project. The partnership, initiated in 2016, has facilitated knowledge sharing and cooperation between the two cities’ water systems.
