Indian and Chinese Foreign Ministers meet at sidelines of ASEAN

More details are emerging a day after India’s Foreign Minister met his Chinese counterpart at the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in Laos. New Delhi reportedly told Beijing that there’s an ‘urgency’ to stabilize ties between the nuclear armed neighbours.
