US says Hezbollah behind Golan Heights rocket attack

The United States says Hezbollah is behind Saturday’s rocket attack in the Golan Heights which killed at least 12 people, most of them children. It is feared this incident could be the tipping point for tensions between the Lebanese militant group and its neighbour Israel. Our US Correspondent Jagruti Dave has more.
