Biden wants to add Supreme Court term limits and prevent Presidential immunity

U.S. President Joseph Biden is calling for changes to the Supreme Court including term limits for justices, and an ethics code, plus constitutional changes to prevent presidential immunity. It comes following the highest court’s opinion on Donald Trump’s election interference case, saying there is immunity for ‘official acts’. Caroline Malone reports from Washington.
