The Mines and Energy Ministry, in collaboration with the Revenue Agency, launched a two-week training program for Customs Officials overseeing the mining industry at border points and conducting tax audits on minerals. Sponsored by UNDP, the training, held at Mercure Hotel, aims to enhance revenue collection and compliance in the extractive industry through the SDGs taxation framework.
