Traders report being manhandled, arrested, having their goods confiscated, and facing hefty fines while trying to earn a living. Representing the traders, the Namibia Informal Sector Organisation Secretary General, Josef Kandenge says these actions by law enforcement are unjust and severely impact the livelihoods of traders.
